Virilio – ‘Signature’ 12″
Virilio is the sound project of Dimitris ‘KU’ Papadatos and Corinna ‘Cosi’ Triantafyllidis. The duo launched in 2008 initially recording their Skype improv sessions under the moniker Cassettine & KU. The Virilio project, launched in 2010 and it has been their main common vehicle in covering their sonar explorations and experiences in electroacoustic music and subtractive synthesis. “Signature’’ is Virilio’s first official release under their own Record Label Record Label. Corinna Triantafyllidis plays tympani, tamtam, synthesizer, drum machine & voice. Dimitris Papadatos plays electronics, guitar, turntables, synthesizer & voice.
